We have been a trusted data provider since 2010. Alongside a global player in the start-up phase, we rapidly gained in-depth insight into re-engineering, vehicle communication, ECU Protocols, all-inclusive diagnostic data content incl. algorithms and SW quality processes.
Subsequently, we have used our conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience with reverse engineering, implementation and validation of diagnostic data to create universal ODX friendly data for passenger cars, trucks, bikes and e-vehicles containing functions (incl. adaptions and coding), actual values, actuators and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), delivered in Excel/XML/SQL, easily adjustable to your corporate standards. As an extra service, which comes in extremely handy during the implementation phase, we provide brand specific specifications and calculation methods in order to link systems with supported items e.g. supported parameters, -actuators and –functions. Meanwhile, we have access to test vehicles all over Europe and in the UK ensuring us various and continuously growing diagnostic coverage. As such all our engineering processes and data are supplied in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures.

As a result of many years of research and experience

together with our valued partner of many years, which also works offline
and covers the entire spectrum in the field of telematics.
Based on the GlobeTelematics

has been taking into account the special challenges

They were based on the years of experience of this community, which had to accept unwanted challenges and nerve-wracking downtimes in the most remote areas.
GlobeSolutions is pursuing the goal of building a network that, in addition to remote diagnostic, makes it possible to provide help and support directly on site. There is currently a cooperation with a competent partner from Chile in South America. Further cooperation partnerships are to follow.
