Stationary Vehicle Diagnostic Mode

The stationary diagnostic mode describes executing the diagnostic functionality of all equipped vehicle control systems directly on the vehicle on site.

GlobeGuard offers the following 3 connection options, which can be established via any PC with a modern Windows operating system or using a mobile app for Android or iOS operating systems.

GlobeGuard now connects directly to the diagnostic software or smartphone- or tablet-app.

Your workshop or a third party authorized by you, e.g. a local workshop on a long-distance trip, have now the full diagnostic functionality of all equipped vehicle control systems available.

Remote Diagnostic Mode

The remote maintenance / remote diagnostic  offers you and third parties  the opportunity to carry out a location-independent, complete vehicle diagnosis via our remote diagnostic server. For example, you can give your local workshop partner  or your own workshop staff remote access to your vehicle.

1. Step

Enter and save HotSpot/WiFi login information (SSID and password) in the smartphone or Windows app

2. Step

Unplug the device and plug it in – done!

GlobeGuard now automatically connects to the remote diagnostic server, which establishes the connection to your workshop or a third party authorized by you. which has the full diagnostic functionality of all equipped vehicle control systems available.
